Thanks to MajorMud, I have a set of J20 axles(44/60 8 lug) on reserve. The 44 has the pass. drop I will need.

I did rodeo/XJ in front and waggy/XJ in rear. The waggy springs might not be long enough for your front stretch, assuming you go 6"+. They're good in back for 3" with drilling new pin hole in perch.

The rodeo springs are a little weaker than the waggy springs. I didn't know about Ranger springs.

Personally, I got tired of being too tall so I like the somewhat flat springs on top of the axle. Cutting XJ mains to use as secondary makes it a little flatter. (XJ springs are flatter)

Tube fenders in the works?

Im thinking wqgoneer in front for the 2" stretch. That way steering installation issues will kept down some. I haven't nailed down solid numbers, but, ranger springs are good for around 5-7" (depending on hanger locations). Im shooting for 102" wheelbase. Ill be going full width J20 axles via ryan, so ill be relocating the hangers to suite my needs.

I mite home make tube fenders similar to garys. And make some crusher corners with built in tube flares.

Alot of this is on the schedule for after we get the 5.0 set in gales 66 bronco. It will be easier to get these projects going when we get moved next month. Hopefully ill get a some of the garage metal hung this weekend, wind permitting.

Just got this new YJ radiator with special transmission hookups. It's yours if you want it. Should mount perfect.

Had to pop some 33's on it to make it set a bit better, til the 37's and new axles are put in...

first is to temporarily hook up the engine to make sure it runs... then
I think I'll pull the tub to make it easier to set up the doubler, axles and fuel tank.
