Need to do a little fender trimming and flex it out. Whopper helped flip the rear bumps to aid in clearance issues but still having problems. Went from a 33.2 inch "35" to a true 37" tire. Big difference in clearance. Removed Evap and bypassed it. Fingers crossed about engine light. Trying to decide to keep current corners and cut them a little or go to poison spider/genright comp cut.

Yup. And you'll enjoy retorquing them again and again. Pictures please.

Emissions are not the problem. Its the check engine light being on that bothers the SJC.
Look at that, a SILVER Jeep!

Driven 40 miles ish with no light so far. Just bypassed the canister and will deal with the gas smell when summer comes. Can lengthen hoses as well and place canister on inside of frame if necessary.

Time for some more stuff. Got my front anti-rock, new currie tie rod since the old one got a little bent, new ps hood louvres and front bumper, working on rear tire carrier ideas to incorporate the rear harness bar across the seats. Change out some fluids and a fresh coat of paint on everything and should be good To go by fmc. Love the smell of fresh paint in the spring.

Of course. Easy repair each spring. Then beat it for a year and do it again.

Since the fat man challenge is completed I noticed some problems. 2 currie tie rods down. New savvy replacement on the way. Going to try the heat treated one since I have bent the others so easily. Amazing what a trip up the bypass can cause.
Also need to figure out a new bump stop for the passenger side as I stripped the bolt on the axle.
And last but not least of course it needs some new paint thanks to my trail spotters.

Several of us can weld some washers for you in place of that bumpstop. Just say the word.
